Join the membership of the Old Town Merchants and Residents Association as we celebrate the opening of the 36th Annual Wells Street Art Fest.
The celebration will be happening at the Carraige Lot just south of North Avenue on the west side of Wells Street.
Stop by and have some food and drink donated from our supportive restaurants, browse some preveiw art displays, chat and nosh with your neighbors!
