Halloween is almost here -- which means creative costumes, drink/dinner specials and contests in many of Old Town's amazing shops, restaurants and bars. See what's going on in Old Town then pick a place or two (or three!) to bring your group of friends for Halloween.

Devilish drink specials at the Laugh Out Loud Tour on Monday, October 31 at 8:00p. Tickets are only $16. Specials include:

Brain Hemorrhage Shooters - A terrifyingly delicious concoction of Peach Schnapps, Irish Cream and grenadine. Hold onto your skulls! $5.25 or $7.75 with a souvenir shot glass

Toasted Marshmallow Martinis - The perfect drink to keep you cozy at the theater. Dark Crème de Cacao and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur are shaken with cream and garnished with graham cracker crumbs. $8.50

My Bloody Sangria - A favorite amongst local vampires. Meritage blended red wine served on the rocks with muddled fruit, a splash of Sierra Mist and Orange juice. $7.25 or $18.25 with a 20oz souvenir glass.

Orso’s Annual Halloween Party on Saturday, October 29th; 8pm to 2am with music by DJ Ruben and Costume Contests with Prizes; $20-$25 per person; Arrive in Costume for Reduced Admission.

Best Costume contest for the diners on Saturday the 29th and Monday the 31st. Best costume wins $250.00, Second Best Costume wins $150.00, and Third Prize $100.00.

Rules: Diners must be in costume and purchase a dinner entrée to be considered for contest. Prizes will be awarded in Gift Certificate form. Final judging will be on Monday, Halloween Night at 9PM. Winners will not need to be present. Pictures will be taken and entries into contest constitute permission for use of photos for Dinotto Promotions.

Come join Fleet Feet Sports for a ghoulish good time at their Halloween Fun Run on October 31st, starting at 6:30pm. Dressed in your best Halloween costume you will run through the fallen leaves of the lakefront running path with the other ghosts and goblins before returning to Fleet Feet Sports for post-fun run drinks, tricks and treats.

We will be giving a free scoop of Homer's Pumpkin Ice Cream to those to show up in costume on Monday October 31 (adults and children one scoop per person in costume). We will also be handing out candy for trick-or-treaters!
